But also for like…the first time ever, the average every day person is able to get their picture taken. A physical (or digital) picture that will likely last for far, far longer than they do.

Because of cameras, there’s going to be proof that we existed for a long time, perhaps for so long that people no longer can name us, but it’ll be proof that we were here! That we LIVED!

Shut up and let people take their pictures.

Also, if they think people weren’t taking vacation photos before social media, I have got some news for them… and a whole shitload of my mother’s photographs from the 70s and 80s that say otherwise.

Dude, I have a picture of my great-grandparents sitting on the beach in about 1899. This is absolutely nothing new.
